This paste is great to have ready to go in the fridge as you can use it in any dish to add some flavor.
Garlic & Parsley Paste
- 1 bulb garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- ¼ cup oil
- Peel the garlic cloves and rinse the parsley in cold water.
- Place the peeled garlic and parsley into a food processor and process together, then gradually add the oil until it is smooth.
- Place in a jar and keep in the fridge for later use.
If you do not like parsley you can just blend the garlic and substitute any other herb you might like.
